:? why did you use the strange 'agif' format? :no: I'd suggest the good old ULEAD gif-animator to make portable and tune/optimize animated gifs, the old 2.0-version is freeware [link] (mostly overseen) ;-)

:( no prob, after the post I realized you probably just made a fault with 'your' programm ( [link] ?) in uploading the project file here - you must first 'save as' or 'export' your animation-project as '.gif' or Gif89a before uploading :teevee:
